Positions Available in Indiana:

 Technical Support Specialist located in our Indianapolis, IN office
Full time: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Description:
Key accountabilities include:
1. Understanding of survey principles and experience with Auto-Cad based software.
2. Training PSC's customers on the functions and practical use of all our GPS and Robotic total stations.
3. Leading our Education programs for PSC-University.
4. Trouble Shooting and supporting GPS Machine Control Systems.
5. Training on Estimating and Layout software.

Qualifications and Experience:
Basic:
1. Bachelor's degree in Technology or equivalent technical experience
2. Microsoft Excel User
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
1. 3+ years of previous experience
2. Construction knowledge is a huge plus
3. Ability to work independently under time constraints

Positions Available in Illinois:

1. Receptionist, located in our Carol Stream, IL office
Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday

Key accountabilities include:
1. Interface with customers via telephone, walk-ins, and internet
2. Answer all phone calls on our Product Support line
3. Direct customers to proper technician within company
4. Provide some in house support for sales & service personnel

Qualifications and Experience:
Basic:
1. Excellent Phone Skills
2. Microsoft Excel User
3. Dependable
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and
interpersonal skills.

Preferred:
1. 3+ years of previous experience
2. Ability to work independently under time constraints
