Note: PSC CARE must be purchased at the time of sale, or within 30 days in order to qualify.


How the Program Works
The PSC Care Program is not an extended warranty, it is a dealer support agreement that supplements the manufacturer's warranty on items purchased through Positioning Solutions Company stores or through our website, to help eliminate issues, and to get you back to work with fewer interruptions. It is available in one year increments and is renewable for up to five years from your original purchase date. Items eligible for the PSC CARE Program are GPS Receivers, Total Stations, Lasers, Digital Levels, Auto Levels, Theodolites & Data Collectors.


What the Program Covers:

  •  No Charge rentals during the time your unit is being serviced under the PSC CARE Program.
  •  GPS Customers will receive one free firmware upgrade during the period covered under the plan.
  • Lasers, Auto Levels, Digital Levels, Theodolites & Total Stations purchased from Positioning Solutions Company will receive one free calibration during the period covered under the plan.
  •  10% discount on PSC Service parts for the covered item.
  •  One-year subscription to our PSC On-Line Training and Support Website.
  •  Technical Support for "Hardware Related Issues" by phone or e-mail from Positioning Solutions Company's On-Line support staff.

What is NOT Covered by PSC CARE:

  • Damage from misuse or accidental damage is not covered under warranty or PSC CARE. All Warranty claims will be covered by our normal warranty procedures. All non-warranty repairs will be billed at our normal service center rates.
  • Shipping: The cost of shipping the item to be repaired, and any loaner equipment covered under this program; both coming into PSC and going back to the customer... is the responsibility of the customer.
  • All duties, taxes or fees, from any city, state, county or country that may result from this program are solely the responsibility of the customer. Positioning Solutions Company will be in no way responsible for the coverage of these fees.
